A Lanlord And His Female Tenants Fights Over Sexual Agreements That Has Gone Bad Between Them.
A landlord and his female tenant are at the crossroads over a sexual agreement that has gone bad between them.
Report filed by Rainbow Radio’s Prince Collins Bening indicated that
the landlord whose name was only given as Efo and his female tenant went
into an agreement for him [landlord] to waiver the tenant’s rent in
exchange for sex.
However, the tenant Mefia says she was no longer interested in the
verbal agreement and has decided to pay her rent, instead of using sex
in exchange for her rent.
But her change of mind has infuriated the landlord who says he will
only want the agreement to hold because he enjoys sleeping with the
lady.
“The lady was asked to move out, from the room but she has refused.
This has created tension between them and neighbours are worried. The
landlord has also been jealous because the tenant has been bringing in
men into her room,” Prince said.
Prince Bening further added that the landlord later confessed to the
wife and other tenants about the agreement between them adding, ”the
tenant has failed her part of her agreement and I want her to move
out”.
The issue he said has gone to the police and rent control but all the efforts have proved futile.
