A video circulating has revealed what many described as a near fight between the Member of Parliament for the Effutu constituency, who doubles as the Majority Leader, Afenyo Markins and the Member of Parliament for the Asawaase constituency, Honorable Muntaka Mubarak. This “near fight” happened after the Deputy Speaker got up from his seat for a suspension or break in their sitting.
The video captured Afenyo Markins and Honorable Mubarak Muntaka confronting themselves and continuing with the argument. Tempers started rising and Muntaka was spotted approaching Honorable Afenyo Markins. Sensing a potential fights between them, the outspoken Member of Parliament for the Adansi Asokwa, Honorable Kobina Tahir Mohammed, quickly rushed to settle the misunderstanding.
