Legendary Ghanaian music producer Fred Kyei Mensah has advised people to prioritize landed property over lavish spending.
In a post of his social media, he advised his followers to avoid Pizza and buy land.
Fred Kyei Mensah added that, even if the land is in outskirts of main cities, buy it and pay in installments.
