The Black Stars’ training game against an unnamed club in Doha, Qatar, has been cancelled according to Ghana FA Director of Communications on Asempa FM’s SportsNite show.
According to an itinerary issued by the Ghana FA last week, the Black Stars were expected to engage in a friendly game on Tuesday as Serbian trainer Milovan Rajevac prepares his squad for the 2021 AFCON.
But, due to a number of factors including player unavailability and change of schedules, the Black Stars have cancelled the friendly game.
“Per the current situation, it is unlikely the friendly the game will come on tomorrow,” Henry Asante Twum, the Director of Communications told Enoch Worlanyo on Asempa FM’s SportsNite show.
Nine players have currently reported to the Black Stars camp.
