BREAKING NEWS:Tears Flow As Popular Gospel Musician Dead-SEE PHOTOS.

Death like taxes unfortunately comes to us all. This week the Kenyan gospel fraternity is mourning the death of musician, Cate Blessing.

The singer had an impressive catalog of songs with tracks such as ‘Amukira’, ‘Ni Wewe Pekee’ and ‘Muthamaki’.

Some people who knew her commented yesterday her death. Some of those comments are below;

Jeff Kush So sad to learn about the death of my friend Cate Blessing. She was such a blessed gospel minister. Rest in peace.

Grace Wanja Kiboi This one hits different. Gone home too early. Sleep well dear girl Cate blessing till we meet again.

The late had spoken of her battle with cancer when she appeared as a guest on Inooro TV’s gospel Sunday show.

During the appearance, she urged women to go for cancer screening so that cancerous cells can be detected early.

Cate who always had an infectious smile on her face also praised her hubby for being there for her during the tough illness.

The artiste who came from Kiambu county made her last Facebook post on the fourth of last month, speaking about cancer. She wrote, 

“To all the survivors and caregivers, may the Lord continue giving you the Grace and energy to fight all the battles that come with this illness.”
