With just a day to the Northern Regional delegates congress to elect new Regional executives for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), there are allegations of missing names in the register.
There are reports that, some members of the Council of elders of the ruling party in the Northern Region has been taken off and replaced with new people.
The current Regional executives led by the Regional Chairman Mohammed Fatimah Samba, who are seeking re-election have been accused of attempting to manipulate the process.
The current Regional Executives have allegedly replaced the names of some Council of elders with their preferd people to facilitate their victory.
They have allegedly removed the names of those who they think will not vote for them, but some members of the party have warned of the possibility of problems with this action.
The incumbent executives have also been accused of attempting to increased the list of TESCON members to favour their re-election.
