The administrative and the entire student populace of Akrokerri College of Education with a sudden heart announce the death of a level 300 student and Environmental Prefect Agyei Samuel well known as Baba Allo whose sudden death occurred this morning after involving in a motor accident alongside Owusu Amoako (Kofi Gentle) on their way from Obuasi to Akrokerri last night. Our brother Kofi Gentle has been admitted to the hospital and receiving treatment after suffering from a couple of serious injuries.
Yesterday, Agyei Samuel and his friend popularly known as Kofi Gentle both Akrokerri students after writing their end of the semester last paper decided to go to Obuasi and have some fun. Kofi Gentle was the owner of the Motorbike and the late Agyei Samuel popularly known as Baba Allo was the passenger.
Eyewitnesses confirmed to the media that, they were riding at a top speed and collided their bike with a fast-moving vehicle which led to the immediate death of Agyei Samuel because none of the victims was wearing their helmets.
My advice to drivers and bikers is to avoid speeding because speeding kills. Drivers should not forget to put on their seatbelts and riders should not forget to put on their helmets to avoid help avoid serious damage after unforeseen accidents. Today is indeed a Black Monday for the entire Akrokerri College of Education.
May the Soul of Samuel Agyei rest in perfect peace.
