Josphat Ngaruiya, 40, allegedly died while having fun with a 25-year-old lady named JM in Nairobi’s Kilimani neighbourhood.
Local authorities have verified the man’s untimely death.
The police stated the woman at the heart of the terrible situation informed them she attempted to question about what was occurring but the dead did not react, prompting her to seek the assistance of the apartment management.
Although emergency services were sent, he had already died.
An application filed in court read; “That upon brief interrogation, the respondent admitted that they checked in the apartment on February 28, 2022, at 1700hrs and while having sezk with the deceased, he started producing whizzing sound before getting off the bed and getting seated on the floor while gasping for air”
Additionally, the report stated that a group of police officers from the Kilimani district responded to the location and discovered the dead in a sitting posture, leaning against the bedroom wall.
The application added; “That a search was conducted in the house where several assorted medicines, alcoholic drinks and soft drinks believed to be of the deceased were recovered and kept as exhibits”
The police requested a 14-day extension from Principal Magistrate Zainab Abdul to perform an autopsy and evaluate the things discovered in the room.
