Sad News:A Final Year Student Has Met His Untimely Death At Gomoa Asarekrom-WATCH VIDEO.
A sad incident reaching Adom News this morning indicates that a seventeen-year-old boy in the Junior High School level who is in his final year to write the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) has met his untimely death after swimming in a quarry pit.
According to the Adom news anchor, there is a particular man in the district of Gomoa-Asarekrom who always dig a pit and leaves it uncovered.
The pit becomes filled with water whenever it rains.
The final year student together with his friends jumped into the quarry pit to swim after it rained.
Unfortunately, the final year student drowned whiles his friends escaped unhurt.
The incident reached the people of Gomoa-Asarekrom and some men jumped into the quarry pit to rescue the final-year student.
The final-year student was already dead when the men rescued him from the quarry pit.
