Sleeping With Women Is Because Of Lust, And Not A Direction From God-Obinim Clears The Airwaves.
Ghanaian preacher, Bishop Daniel Obinim has confessed that
he has succumbed to lust severally despite his steadfastness and faith
in God and Christianity.
He made this disclosure following an
allegation from one of his former junior pastors on live TV with regards
to how he influenced him into raping his sister as God’s directive.
The junior pastor was on Kennedy
Agyapong’s Net2 TV where he made these damming revelations and wild
allegations against the founder of The International God’s Way Church.
However, Obinim has responded by
explaining that God has never directed him to have a sexual encounter
with women. And he [Obinim] has never directed anyone to also have sex
as God’s directive.
“God has never directed me to have sex
with women as part of a spiritual directive,” he said on his show. “If I
lay any woman, it’s because of lust.”
He however added that if someone says God directed him to sleep with women as a spiritual directive, he won’t argue about it.
Disclosing his stance on adultery and
fornication, Obinim said he will expel any member of his church or
junior pastors who sleeps with someone’s girlfriend or wife. For him,
this is something he can’t tolerate.
I will suggest that he begins with himself since he openly confessed to sleeping with one of his former Junior pastors wife.
