It is almost about one week now and Togbe Afede is still trending on all social media platforms. The unexpected happens when Paul Adom Otchere send unwarranted messages to Togbe Afede for refunding his Ex Gratia payment to Government to undertake developmental projects.
It was also noted that, Togbe Afede also replied Paul Adom Otchere for series of allegations levelled against him ( Togbe Afede).
