Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has entered Day 2 of his “Our Journey Together Engagement” tour, a nationwide interaction aimed at strengthening party unity and reigniting grassroots enthusiasm.
In a post shared by Miracle Aboagye, a leading member of the NPP, Dr. Bawumia was praised for focusing on real issues and demonstrating visionary leadership that goes beyond immediate political gains.
According to Aboagye, the Vice President’s current engagements are not merely about seeking votes but about mobilising the NPP’s grassroots and shaping the party’s long-term vision ahead of the 2028 elections.
“He’s focused on the issues, and this is reigniting the energy of the party grassroots,” Aboagye noted, describing Dr. Bawumia as “special and ahead of his time.”
The “Our Journey Together Engagement” tour forms part of Dr. Bawumia’s broader effort to reconnect with party members, share his policy direction, and prepare the NPP for a sustained political future.
