Ghanaian gospel star Ceccy Twum has revealed that favoritism and behind-the-scenes interference sometimes affect airplay for artistes, but she says it doesn’t shake her faith or focus.

Speaking on Joy Prime’s Changes show, she disclosed that certain groups sometimes influence DJs not to play songs from specific artistes, effectively sidelining them.

Despite these challenges, Ceccy Twum remains confident, placing her trust in God.

“I always say to myself that when I was nobody and God pulled me from wherever I was an brought me here, you did not make me for you to break me. So whatever you do, whether you sabotage me or not, I don’t care. My God will still fight for me, and you can do nothing about it,” she told host Roselyn Felli.

The “Me Nyame Aye Awie” singer emphasized that she stays focused on her music, undeterred by attempts to sideline her, firmly believing that God is her refuge.
