Prophet Joshua Adjei has predicted a decisive victory for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries, estimating that the presidential aspirant will secure between 69 and 72 percent of the total votes.
Speaking in an interview on Angel FM in Kumasi, the prophet explained that his initial spiritual insight showed Dr. Bawumia winning with 72 percent, but the figure later adjusted to 69 percent, placing the expected outcome within that range.
“I first saw 72 percent, but later it shifted to 69 percent. So he will win within that range,” Prophet Adjei stated.
He added that he had hoped for an even wider margin, suggesting that an 80 percent victory would have removed lingering doubts among some party members regarding Dr. Bawumia’s leadership strength.
The prophet also cautioned that the primary election day may experience some level of tension or disturbance, but assured that no fatalities would occur, attributing this to divine intervention.
“There will be a little chaos on that day, but with God’s intervention, no one will die during the voting,” he said.
The prophecy adds to a growing number of religious and political commentaries surrounding the NPP’s internal contest as the party positions itself ahead of the 2028 general elections.
