The Effutu Municipal Chief Executive, Rev. Atta Mensah, has joined the Central Regional Minister, Hon. Ekow Panyin Otchere Eduamoah, on an official visit to Five Continents Bricks Company Limited located in Mprumem.

The visit formed part of ongoing efforts by the Effutu Municipal Assembly to strengthen partnerships with local industries aimed at creating employment opportunities and enhancing economic growth within the municipality.

During the tour, the delegation interacted with management of the company and assessed its operational capacity, production processes, and workforce needs. Discussions focused on how government collaboration and policy support could help expand the company’s operations to benefit more residents.

Rev. Mensah commended the management of Five Continents Bricks for their contribution to the local economy, stressing that the Assembly remains committed to promoting private sector-led development.

“Our goal is to work closely with industries like Five Continents Bricks to create jobs, support local businesses, and make Effutu a hub for sustainable economic growth,” he said.

The Central Regional Minister, Hon. Eduamoah, also reiterated government’s commitment to industrialization at the district and municipal levels as part of broader efforts to reduce unemployment and boost productivity.

The visit underscores the Assembly’s focus on public-private collaboration to drive development and improve livelihoods in Effutu.

“We look forward to positive outcomes,” Rev. Mensah added.
