Ghanaian social media personality and entertainer, El Lizato General, has sparked massive debate online after advising men to avoid serious romantic relationships with women below the age of 20 and those in their early 20s.

In a post that has since gone viral, El Lizato stated that most young women within that age range are “emotionally unstable” and “don’t know what they want in life,” cautioning men to be careful when choosing partners.

“I have said it times without number and I will say it again,” he wrote. “I always advise guys, if you want peace of mind, avoid serious relationships with ladies below 20 and early 20s. Most of them don’t know what they want in life.”

El Lizato went on to humorously describe the reasons some young women fall in love, suggesting that their affections are often based on superficial attractions rather than genuine emotional connection.

“If you smell good, they fall in love. If you are famous, they fall in love. If you know how to drive, they fall in love. If you know how to eat fast, they fall in love,” he added, noting that such behavior reflects emotional immaturity.

He further stated that young women’s emotions tend to fluctuate quickly, claiming that “they can fall in love with a hundred guys in a month.”

His comments have stirred a mixed reaction across social media, with some users agreeing that younger women may not yet be emotionally ready for serious commitments, while others criticized his statement as overly generalized and dismissive.

Despite the controversy, El Lizato General’s post continues to attract many comments and shares, sparking a broader discussion on emotional maturity, dating choices, and relationship expectations in modern Ghanaian society.
