The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of all outstanding feeding grants owed to Special Schools across the country. The funds cover the 3rd Term of the 2024/2025 academic year and the 1st Term of the 2025/2026 academic year.

A statement issued by the Head of Public Relations at GES, on 12 December 2025, Daniel Fenny, further confirmed that the Service has also settled all arrears on perishables for Senior High Schools (SHS) and Senior High Technical Schools (SHTS). The payments cover the period from 29 July to 17 October 2025.

GES indicated that all transfers have been successfully credited to the respective accounts of Special Schools, SHS, and SHTS nationwide. School heads have been instructed to submit official receipts acknowledging the funds to the Director-General through their Regional Accountants.

Management expressed confidence in the cooperation of school heads and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring effective teaching, learning, and inclusive education across the country.
