The Ghana–Spain Parliamentary Friendship Association has reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation with Spain following a courtesy visit to the Spanish Ambassador, H.E. Ángel Lossada, in Accra.
Led by the Association’s Chairman, the delegation, including MPs Felicia Adjei and Alhassan Sulemana, and Secretary Mustapha Ahmed, met the Ambassador to discuss avenues for collaboration in trade, education, health, agriculture, tourism, and parliamentary exchange programmes.
The Chairman praised Spain’s institutional expertise and reaffirmed the Association’s dedication to fostering stronger ties. Ambassador Lossada expressed Spain’s readiness to work closely with Ghana to unlock shared development opportunities.
The meeting concluded with both sides committing to deepen parliamentary diplomacy and promote innovation and growth, particularly in constituencies such as Abuakwa South.
