Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has declared his readiness to lead Ghana as president, expressing strong confidence in his chances of winning the ultimate race.
Speaking to party faithful, the outspoken lawmaker said his experience, resourcefulness, and track record in both politics and business place him in a strong position to assume the highest office of the land.
“I believe I will win. I am ready to become president,” Mr. Agyapong declared, drawing loud cheers from supporters.
Mr. Agyapong emphasized that his style of leadership would be focused on honesty, accountability, and tackling corruption head-on. He also reiterated his commitment to creating jobs for young people and improving the standard of living for ordinary Ghanaians.
His confident declaration comes as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) prepares for its next presidential primaries, where he is among the notable figures vying to succeed the current leadership and lead the party into the 2028 general elections.
