Ghanaian rapper Medikal has announced the birth of a baby boy with singer and rapper Eazzy.
In an Instagram post on Friday, 17th October 2025, Medikal shared a photo of himself seated on a bed decorated with balloons that read, “Space Frimpong, 17.10.25.”
The post was captioned: “Welcome to Planet Earth, Space Frimpong. Daddy loves you, son.”
Before the announcement, Eazzy had already shared photos and videos of her baby bump on social media, hinting that she was expecting.
Space Frimpong is Medikal’s second child after his daughter Island Frimpong, whom he had with actress Fella Makafui. The rapper’s marriage to Fella ended in January 2024, following months of public tension and accusations.
Rumours about Medikal and Eazzy’s relationship had been circulating for several months, particularly after his split from Fella. The two were frequently spotted together, fueling speculation that they were romantically involved.
Medikal eventually confirmed the relationship in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Afternoon Ride, where he admitted that he and Eazzy were indeed dating.
The announcement of Space Frimpong’s birth has sparked widespread excitement on social media, with fans and celebrities congratulating the couple and sharing their joy over the news.
