Mohammed Abdul-Salam, Chief Executive Officer of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), has achieved full membership as a Chartered Professional Administrator and Chartered Management Consultant, following a graduation ceremony organized by the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMAC) Ghana.

The event, held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the University of Ghana Law School, recognized Abdul-Salam among a select group of professionals conferred with these prestigious titles.

Abdul-Salam, who has held senior management roles including at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), already possesses an International Executive Masters in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Paris Graduate School of Management, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Tamale Technical University.

Commenting on his latest achievement, Abdul-Salam said, “I am thrilled to mark a significant milestone in my professional journey. Being awarded Full Member status as a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and Chartered Management Consultant (CMC) is an honour. I was privileged to be among 23 graduands recognized with these esteemed titles.”

CIAMAC Ghana is a professional body that licenses administrators and management consultants, promoting high standards of professionalism across the sector.

The graduation ceremony, themed “Mandatory Continuing Professional Education (MCPE) for Peak Performance,” celebrated a total of 322 graduates, underscoring the importance of continuous learning and professional development.
