In a significant move to enhance public service delivery, Joycelyn Tetteh, the Member of Parliament for North Dayi, has officially commissioned an ultramodern Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) Ultra-Premium Service Office within the constituency.

Located strategically in the heart of North Dayi, the new facility is set to revolutionize access to essential transport-related services. Residents can now obtain driver’s licenses, register vehicles, and access a range of DVLA services without the need to travel long distances to neighbouring districts.

At the commissioning ceremony, Joycelyn Tetteh emphasized that the establishment of the centre marks a pivotal step toward improving public service accessibility. “This ultramodern DVLA office is a testament to our commitment to bringing vital services closer to the people,” she said. She highlighted that the centre will not only save residents time and money but will also promote better compliance with road safety regulations.

DVLA CEO Julius Niikwei praised the MP for her dedication and noted that the facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, ensuring fast, reliable service and easing the burden on nearby DVLA offices.

The event was well-attended by traditional leaders, transport operators, assembly members, and community members, all of whom applauded the MP for her continuous efforts to boost development in North Dayi.

This new centre aligns with ongoing initiatives aimed at elevating the quality of life and ensuring greater accessibility to vital services across the constituency.
