OBAAPA YAA TITI SLAMS AGYA KOO OVER POLITICAL COMMENTARY

Media personality Obaapa Yaa Titi has strongly rebuked actor Agya Koo over his recent political statements, urging him to cease what she called “nonsense.” She made the remarks during the television programme Oman Ghana Nkosuo, which airs on MyCTV Ghana.

Obaapa Yaa Titi prefaced her criticism by saying she views Agya Koo as a brother and holds him in high regard, but insisted his commentary was misguided. She challenged whether any government, upon taking office, has been able to reduce fuel prices meaningfully. In her view, despite the National Democratic Congress (NDC) adding a GH₵1 levy to fuel, it remains more affordable now compared to fuel costs under the New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s tenure.

She went further to imply that should Agya Koo persist in defending certain stances, it would appear that he supports some NPP politicians whom she accuses of having misappropriated funds during their time in office.
