Member of Parliament for Akuapem North, Sammi Awuku, speaking on AsaasePa FM, has revealed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government fulfilled only a fraction of its promises by the end of 2025.
“The NDC government fulfilled just 38 percent, only 43 were done, of their 112 commitments in various sectors of our economy, which was made up of 112 programs and initiatives by the end of 2025,” Awuku stated.
He went on to highlight the status of the remaining projects, noting that a significant portion has yet to be completed.
“Forty-one still remain in progress, and 28 remain untouched,” he added.
Awuku’s remarks underscore concerns about the overall pace of implementation, suggesting that while some projects have been completed, a large number of government commitments are still either ongoing or have not even been started.
“The NDC government fulfilled just 38 percent, only 43 were done, of their 112 commitment. Forty-one still remain in progress, and 28 remain untouched,” Awuku reiterated, stressing on the gap between their promise to Ghanaians and what they actually were able to accomplish.
