US pop star and actress Selena Gomez has tied the knot with music producer Benny Blanco in a glamorous ceremony in Santa Barbara, California.
The 33-year-old singer and Only Murders in the Building star confirmed the news on Instagram, sharing photos of herself in a white halter-neck wedding gown beside Blanco, 37, who wore a classic dark tuxedo. She captioned the post simply: “9.27.26” with love hearts. Blanco responded in the comments, calling Gomez “my wife in real life.”
According to Vogue, around 170 guests attended the wedding, including Gomez’s close friend Taylor Swift, actor Paul Rudd, and co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short. The couple, dressed by Ralph Lauren, exchanged vows under a canopy of trees before celebrating with family and friends.
The marriage comes less than a year after the pair announced their engagement in December 2024. Gomez and Blanco have frequently collaborated over the years, most recently on their joint album I Said I Love You First, released in March 2025, which drew inspiration from their relationship.
Gomez first rose to fame on Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place before launching a successful music career that has earned her multiple UK and US chart-topping hits. Blanco, known for his Grammy-winning production, has worked with some of the world’s biggest stars, including Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and Kesha.
The couple’s wedding marks a new chapter in a relationship that fans have closely followed, blending music, friendship, and now, marriage.
