The stage is set for the grand finale of the 6th edition of the Energy Commission Senior High School Renewable Energy Challenge, where six schools will battle for supremacy through innovation and creativity.
The final competition comes off on 7th October 2025, bringing together some of the brightest young minds from across the country. The schools contesting for the ultimate crown are: Dabokpa Technical Institute, OLA Girls Senior High, Damongo Senior High, PRESEC-Legon, Adidome Senior High, and Ahantaman Girls Senior High.
The challenge, which has over the years grown into a flagship platform for nurturing sustainable ideas, encourages students to design renewable energy solutions that address real-world challenges. It also promotes innovation, teamwork, and technical ingenuity among Ghana’s next generation of thinkers and problem-solvers.
With six schools, one stage, and limitless creativity, anticipation is already high as supporters, alumni, and the general public wait to see who emerges champion of this year’s edition.
