Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, has expressed firm confidence that his side is ready to outthink and outplay archrivals Asante Kotoko in Sunday’s highly anticipated Ghana Premier League encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Speaking to 3Sports, Dramani acknowledged the threat posed by Kotoko but insisted that the Phobians have studied their opponents carefully and are well-prepared to exploit their weaknesses.
“Kotoko are a tough opponent with experience and pedigree. Every team has its strengths and weaknesses, we’ll focus on maximising ours while exploiting theirs,” he stated.
The experienced tactician emphasized that Hearts’ strategy would hinge on discipline, tactical intelligence, and consistency, stressing that his players are mentally and physically primed for the challenge.
“Our goal is to stay consistent, maintain our identity, and play with intensity to win the game,” he added.
The Matchday 9 fixture, popularly dubbed the Super Clash, is expected to draw massive attention across the country as fans eagerly await another chapter in Ghana’s fiercest football rivalry.
Kick-off is scheduled for 16:00 GMT on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium, where Hearts of Oak will look to reclaim dominance over their historic rivals, Asante Kotoko.
