Ghanaian musician and social commentator Wanlov the Kubolor has disclosed his interest in becoming a brand ambassador for the church of controversial evangelist Evangelist Mama Pat, popularly known as Agradaa.
Speaking on Asempa FM, Wanlov said he has been considering different causes and brands he could represent publicly.
“I have heard that permits have now been granted for marijuana for medical purposes, so I was thinking of possibly becoming a brand ambassador for that,” he said.
The musician added that he had also considered endorsing condoms but expressed concerns about environmental pollution associated with plastic waste.
“I also thought about condom branding, but with that, it contributes to plastic pollution, so I may not consider it,” he explained.
Wanlov then revealed that he would be open to working with Evangelist Mama Pat and her church as a brand ambassador.
“I could become a brand ambassador for Agradaa’s church, although she may or may not like the way I would approach the branding,” he stated.
Explaining why he would consider such a partnership, Wanlov praised the evangelist’s personality and openness.
“I chose her because she has a big mind and is smart,” he added.
